Halldor has held leadership roles across Google, media, recruitment, and technology, advising executives on digital transformation, business development, marketing strategy, and organizational growth. His experience spans working with global brands, leading commercial teams, and helping companies expand into new markets.

Drawing on his extensive experience at Google and in international business, Halldor founded SKARD CONSULTING LLC to help U.S. consumer brands successfully enter and grow within European markets. The firm combines strategic consulting, digital transformation, market-entry planning, and commercial partnership development to deliver measurable business results.

Before his business career, Halldor represented Norway as an elite freestyle skier for a decade, winning the 1998 Olympic Gold Medal and the 1997 World Championship. The discipline, resilience, and performance mindset developed through elite sport continue to shape his leadership style and client approach today.
